How it Works
How to sync your dialer with Chorus as a Chorus admin:
- Navigate your initials in the upper-right corner, and select Settings > Integrations > Dialer Integrations > Add a New Dialer.
- Select the dialer that you would like to connect.
- Select the Salesforce API field name your organization uses for your call outcome (e.g. Call_Recording__c)
