Lift AI is a machine-learning intelligence that detects the buyer intent of website visitors based solely on their behavior in real-time.Lift AI's model is pre-trained on billions of data points including millions of sales transactions to understand the typical behaviors that lead to conversion. It scores each visitor's buyer intent with a number between 0-100, where 100 is high intent. Those scores are updated in real-time as the visitor navigates through the website and segmented into high, medium, and low intent.Those scores can then be targeted in both Drift and Salesloft to execute playbooks. Unlike other buyer intent signals, Lift AI's behavioral focus analyzes hundreds of signals rather than just a handful of hand-raising events like form fills and content downloads.
