2. Call Recordings
Orum call recordings seamlessly connect with Salesloft’s Conversation Intelligence (CI) tool. This feature sends call audio directly to Salesloft, enabling their CI tool to analyze and summarize your sales conversations. This integration provides valuable insights and helps improve performance.

When connected to a prospect, you can choose the contextual information you want pulled directly from your prospect/account fields. You can log a disposition/sentiment and call notes based on the conversation. This is tracked in Salesloft and Orum's analytics platform, letting you drill down into how your sales reps are performing and what you can do to improve.
