How It Works

Sizzi connects to Salesforce to read KPIs, opportunity health signals and rep activity patterns. It then analyses Salesloft transcripts to understand the quality of conversations driving those KPIs.

The AI combines both data sets to create coaching prompts, call insights and performance recommendations that are grounded in what actually drives pipeline progress. The result is a daily feedback loop that helps reps adjust faster, and helps managers coach with clearer precision.

Setup

  • Install free at https://app.sizzlekick.com/register.
  • Admin connects to Salesforce and invites users.
  • Admin connects Salesloft: In order to integrate with Salesloft, you will need to be on a Sizzle Pro plan. Once purchased the integration will be available and can be enabled in SizzleKick from the Integrations page, by clicking Connect. This launches OAuth, granting Sizzlekick access to conversation + account data.
  • Once connected, coaching begins automatically.

FAQ

No. SizzleKick is strictly read-only. It fetches conversations, transcripts, accounts, and users via OAuth, but does not modify anything in Salesloft.
Only OAuth tokens and the Salesloft data needed for coaching (conversations, transcripts, accounts). All tokens are encrypted; data is deleted within 30 days of user request.
Go to app.sizzlekick.com/register, sign up, then connect Salesforce and Salesloft via the “Connect” button after Step 5 during onboarding, or connect it from the Integrations tab if logged in. The Salesloft integration is only available on a Sizzle Pro plan - please contact [email protected] for details.

Admins can invite users and revoke access anytime from Salesloft’s Settings → Integrations → Authorized Apps.
